据央视体育消息，2025阿斯本世界冬季极限运动会X Games Aspen比赛中，在女子双板街区赛中摔倒受伤，并退出了稍后进行的U池和大跳台比拼。

Gu Ailing withdrew before Friday's ski halfpipe and ski big air events at the Winter X Games after sustaining an injury in a fall in the earlier street style competition.

赛后，谷爱凌表示自己在最后一次摔倒造成了严重的挫伤，当下还不能走路，身体已经达到了极限。

女子双板街区赛决赛共四人参加，谷爱凌第三位出场，但在比赛过程中接连摔倒三次，最终位列第四名。

谷爱凌表示，自己两天前就打算退赛，但出于对这项运动的热爱，也出于锻炼自己的意志力，才坚持完成训练并选择继续参赛。“了解我的人都知道，我总是会全力以赴——坚持到训练结束、增加训练难度、尝试新的项目。但这一次，我可以非常肯定地说，我已经达到极限了。”

\"I'm okay but unable to walk at this point in time due to some really aggressive bruising on that last crash,\" was posted on her social media. \"To be completely honest, my mental and physical tanks hit zero yesterday. I was planning on pulling out two nights ago but challenged myself to get through the practices and to stay in the contests for the love of the game and as a mental strength exercise.\"

在与发烧缠斗了五天，整夜咳嗽无法入睡，每天滑雪12个小时备战四个不同的项目之后，谷爱凌称自己的身体上实在是吃不消了，“我的神经系统一整周都处于超负荷状态。老实说，我为自己能坚持到现在、没有放弃并且倾尽全力而感到骄傲。我忽视了太多危险信号，现在我的大脑就像在狂欢一样。是时候倾听身体的声音，退一步了。很开心这次摔倒不是特别严重，真的挺幸运。”

\"I've ignored so many warning lights… Time to listen to the body and take a step back. Glad it's not worse. Got lucky with the crash fr,\" wrote Gu. Now she is focused on taking time to recover completely before clipping on the skis again.

据此前报道，哈尔滨2025年第九届亚洲冬季运动会将于2月7日至14日举行，谷爱凌出现在中国体育代表团名单，参加自由式滑雪U型场地项目。

此前在接受央视采访时，谷爱凌表示，任何状态下都会一直代表中国。
